Missed the shipping deadline for your wristband, bought a hardcopy ticket, or are you a first-time festie who put your wristband on too tight (no judgment)? No problem!
Get your festival admission sorted early! Visit off-site check-in at Fairfield Inn Suites Tech Ridge (Parmer Lane 12536 N Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78753, USA) with a valid photo ID and your ticket order to pick up your wristband on weekdays preceding the event!
Off-Site Hours of Operation
Early wristband pickup is available off-site beginning Thursday, October 24th continuing through Saturday, October 26th.
- Thursday, October 24th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday, October 25th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, October 26th: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
On-Site Box Office Hours of Operation
If you missed the wristband shipping deadline and could not make it to an early wristband pickup location, you may pick up your wristband at the box office located at the festival venue: Travis County Expo Center at 7311 Decker Ln, Austin, TX 78724.
- Day 1 – Saturday, October 26th: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Day 2 – Sunday, October 27th: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
