Observing the state regulatory environment, and using the best science- & health-based information available to us, we have determined it is unsafe to produce Ubbi Dubbi Gets Freaky Deaky as originally planned, given the prolonged and unpredictable state of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event is now canceled. We understand this update is disappointing, but the safety of the attendees, artists, and staff will always remain our number one priority.

Ubbi Dubbi will return to the Dallas/Fort Worth area on April 24 & 25, 2021. The artist lineup will be released tomorrow, Monday, August 24 @ 12pm CT.

Your Ubbi Dubbi Gets Freaky Deaky 2020 tickets will automatically transfer to Ubbi Dubbi 2021. Along with the ticket transfer, you will receive all of the following

Due to the postponement of the festival, the following postponement / refund policy is now active:

Existing Ubbi Dubbi Gets Freaky Deaky 2020 tickets will be transferred automatically to Ubbi Dubbi 2021. No action is required. The transfer of tickets also includes hard copy tickets.

Ubbi Dubbi Festival 2021

Fans who transfer their tickets to Ubbi Dubbi will also receive:

Ticket Refund Process

To process a refund for your Ubbi Dubbi Gets Freaky Deaky 2020 tickets, please visit the appropriate section below, depending on the type of ticket you purchased.

  • For fans who opt for a refund, tickets will be refunded in full, less credit card processing fees.
  • The deadline to request a refund is Monday Sept. 7, 2020 at 11:59pm CT.
  • Refunds for electronic tickets will be processed on Tuesday September 8th. Please allow an additional 7 -10 business days for the funds to return to the account used to make the purchase.

Payment Plans

If you elect to transfer your payment plan to Ubbi Dubbi 2021, no action is required and the payment schedule will remain the same. If you would prefer to freeze your payment plan, please email For fans who freeze their payment plan, the remaining balance will need to be paid, in full, in the future, not in scheduled payments.

Hard Tickets

Hard tickets will be transferred automatically to Ubbi Dubbi 2021, no further action is required. To request a refund for a hard ticket, you must:

Our travel partners are working hard to ensure this cancelation process is as quick and seamless as it can be during this unprecedented time. We are operating with great care and concern for everyone’s health and safety. Your patience is very much appreciated.

How do I find my See Tickets order number?
Your order number can be found in your See Tickets US account. Log in to using the email address you used when purchasing the ticket and select “order history”. I used a credit/debit card that is no longer active. How do I receive a refund?
On the refund form, please enter the old card number used to make the purchase. If the refund does not post to the account, we will reach out to the fan directly to assist.

I paid with two credit/debit cards, how do I get my money back?
All charges would be returned to the original form of payment. In this case, both cards would receive the appropriate portion of the refunded amount.

How does it work if I transferred my ticket to someone else?
Per the ticketing terms, we will refund the account that was used to make the purchase.
For example, if you purchased tickets from someone else, you need to request a refund from the person you purchased the ticket from. Conversely, if you sold your ticket to someone else, you need to refund the person who bought it from you.

Does the refund include shipping and service fees?
Yes, the refund includes shipping and service charges.

Can I upgrade my ticket when the new event goes on sale?

For fans who elected to book private accommodations, such as AirBnB or VRBO, we recommend you contact the major providers directly, but only if the host rejected your refund first.
